Open Access Policy

This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available, without charge to the user or their institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or author. This policy is in line with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.

The journal began publishing all content as open access in 2008.
